How to have a good conversation about race at work - Event
What a brilliant pop-up session we had today (Wednesday 14th December), with Dr Barbara Banda and John Higgins. Our focus was on Barbara’s new book, The Model Black – drawing on both Barbara’s research and her lived experience as a black leader in the UK.
I’m not going to try to summarise the session, I’d never do it justice. So I am pleased to provide a link to the recording of the main session along with links to Barbara’s webpage and some more articles and clips.

“Highly recommend Barbara for her ability to sense what’s needed in the moment in the class, consummate professional.”
